For Bath & Body Works first ever loyalty app, the team was challenged to think beyond the typical promotional creative, to deliver content not found anywhere else. In partnership with brand strategy, the creative team delivered exclusive, members-only content to our best and most loyal customers. Work ranged from how-to videos, to sneak peeks of upcoming product launches, to early access opportunities to just fun animated content. The app content represents the best of Bath & Body Works, giving the customer a peek inside the brand.
