The Bath & Body Works business was looking for a way to reward their best customers and brand loyalists through the roll out of a loyalty program. Utilizing a 360 omni-channel approach, the team concepted, designed and delivered a custom rewards app, allowing the customer to engage with the brand in a whole new way. The team was also responsible for creating members only exclusive content, multi channel marketing campaigns, in-store marketing & POS experiences. The program has 17M members and is currently being tested in select markets.
