To re-introduce this fragrance collection to the customer and to reinvigorate this core fragrance collection to the business, the team developed a multi-channel campaign targeting existing and lapsed customers. Work included a teaser to build awareness, re-imagining of the digital path to purchase to support the launch, tactics to drive to store, and a new shipping box to round out the end-to-end experience.
